Beach Day

I have one more post about our time in Florida.
One of the Saturdays that we were there Andrew had off from work, so guess where we went...

The Beach!!!
It was extra special to have Elizabeth join us as she had spent the previous weeks with our Grandma. Not only that, but Matthias and Michelle flew down to join us for a few days!

The weather was literally perfect, and the waves were pretty huge! I didn't get pictures of it, but most all of us went in for some wave jumping. It was a blast.  God's creation is so incredibly beautiful and exciting to explore.

Then we enjoyed the beach. Some laid down and soaked in the sun and others played frisbee.

Matthias and Michelle
(and photobombers)

Of course there has to be a few "just for fun" pictures.

"The Lord on high is mightier than the noise of many waters,
Than the mighty waves of the sea."
Psalms 93:4

Hi Wissmanns,

You don't need to post this comment but I wanted to share with you.

While it does look like a fun/special time, yet, from a brother in Christ who is also a family friend, I would sure encourage you to consider the idea that modesty isn't just for women - it's also for men. Actually, the question of whether modesty is only for women or also for men would be a great topic to explore/study further in God's Word.

God bless you, your family, and your ministry...

I agree with the modesty comment above wholeheartedly! While it does look like you all had a fun time, the immodestly shocked me. Please consider what anonymous said, that modestly is not just for women. I am married and I would NOT want other women especially seeing my husband half dressed. Sorry to be blunt, but it's true. I enjoy your blog, and have heard you all sing, but this is a time I need to speak up in love, as a sister-Christ.

If you don't wish to post this comment, I understand.
