Since our family is home now for a little while we have been trying to pull out some of those house projects that always need done eventually but are never at the top of the "to do" list so they rarely get done. Last week the project was sorting through a big box of old family photos. Lets just say that was an extremely fun project to tackle!
There were numerous times that someone had to ask "what baby is this?!". Some of the pictures were cute and brought smiles and sweet exclamations and some of them just brought laughs!
We thought you might enjoy a glimpse of some of the oldies that we found. We will leave it to you to guess who is who.
"Trust in the Lord, and do good;
Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness."

Ruth and Ryan are hoping to write their love story for all of you to read but because Ryan is an accountant and this is his busy work season it will be a little while yet before they get it written and we are able to post it.
Meanwhile our family is keeping busy as usual!
It is currently the season for putting in irrigations systems which has kept the guys working hard! Out the door by around 7 AM and sometimes not back till after 9 PM makes for long days! Thankfully not all days are that full but bedtime always feels good these days.
Usually our work is all in Nebraska but we really enjoyed traveling up to a beautiful part of South Dakota for a job this spring. There's nothing like getting out in that beautiful sunshine!
Wedding planning has quickly slid into a high priority for us. With just about 3 months to get everything ready we are enjoying each moment together and making plans for the big day. I will try to post more details and pictures of that later.
A few weeks ago most of us were able to travel up to a cousins wedding which made for some very special time together as a family. We missed you Dan & Bethany!!!
Our hometown has a beautiful bike trail that we really enjoy!
This year Nathanael has enjoyed milking cows for a farmer that lives near us. It seems that ever since their dog had puppies there is no end of people wanting to drop him off and pick him up at work.
Whether it's work, wedding plans, house projects, music or school we are so grateful to be able to grow and learn together.
"So you shall rejoice in every good thing
which the Lord your God has given to you and your house."
*These pictures are not the best quality because they were all captured with the our phones rather than our nice camera.
