Happy Birthday Andrew!

Andrew's chosen ministry: Gospel for Asia

"Gospel for Asia's mission is to share the Good News of Jesus with those who have never heard his name. We train and send national missionaries to reach out into areas where the Good News of Jesus Christ has not yet been heard. For over 30 years Gospel for Asia continues to bring aid and hope to some of the most downtrodden people in the Eastern Hemisphere.
You can help us train, equip and send out laborers to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with lost men, woman and children who have still not heard His precious name. Your partnership will impact the spiritual and physical well-being of those in desperate need as we love in word and deed."

“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."
Matthew 28:19 & 20

Happy Birthday Josiah!

Josiah's chosen ministry: The Truth Project

"In a 2003 study, the Barna Research Group revealed a stunning statistic that continues to reverberate throughout the evangelical world – only nine percent of professing Christians have a biblical worldview.
Because of this, today's believers live very similarly to non-believers.  A personal sense of significance is rarely experienced, we spend our money and time on things that fail to satisfy, and we begin to wonder what life's ultimate purpose really is.  We are, in short, losing our bearings as a people and a nation.
To counter this downward slide within the body of Christ, Focus on the Family has launched one of the most ambitious and powerful projects in the history of our ministry – Focus on the Family's The Truth Project®."   - Taken from The Truth Projects webiste

“And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”

Valentine Banquet

This year we were thrilled to help serve a Valentines Day banquet with our friends in South Carolina. The purpose of the event was to share love with the older generation, many of whom are widows or widowers. What a special evening!

Mom talking with some of the ladies.

Helping with drinks

Working in the kitchen.
(Note: Mom and Ruth are back with us again!)

And the mealtime servers -- enjoying the food before sharing the evening music.

that you love one another as I have loved you.

Schedule Change:

Susanna made her official debut on the banjo last night. With three banjo players in the family now, we should never lack for good ol' pickin' and grinnin'! Hopefully we'll get some action-shots soon!

We also wanted to alert you to a schedule change from our website:

Tomorrow, Sunday, February 16th we will NOT be at Kilarney Baptist as listed on our site. Instead we will be in Lakeland, Florida. Here's the info:

Bible Presbyterian Church
5635 N Daughtery Road
Lakeland, FL

We'd love to see you there. After following the ice and snowstorms for the past few weeks, we're looking forward to some Florida sunshine!

Loving Caden

It has been a precious week at the little Beasley home. Baby Caden James has not been lacking in attention or love. His big sister is enthralled with him and his long-distance family continually beg for daily pictures via text.

Here are a few pictures of our joyful addition:

Now a family of four

Ruth has been staying with Dan and Bethany since early January. As a doula, she provided valuable labor support and home care.

Holding the chubby little man

Arianna has been adjusting to the new routine.

"So tiny!"

Shortly after Caden's birth, Mom flew from South Carolina and will be spending a couple weeks with her grand-babies. We miss her dearly on the road, but are thankful that she can have this time with them. Arianna is undoubtably a 'Grandma's girl', so she has been loving all the added attention.

Mommy and Caden moment.

What a precious treasure, this new life!

Let all those who seek You rejoice and be glad in You;
Let such as love Your salvation say continually,
“The LORD be magnified!”

Gospel Express

Today is our first day of the Gospel Express prison ministry. We were so uplifted yesterday as we gathered with the volunteers and ministry leaders.

We sang songs of praise. Worship. Adoration.
We searched our hearts.
We interceded for the mission ahead of us.
We exhorted one another in the Lord.

There are many challenges to prison ministry and we notice that especially this week. Would you keep us in your prayers? Here are a few, specific requests:

  • Pray for Dad as he preaches from the Word and shares the Gospel each evening.
  • Pray for the men and women who will hear. For the saints to be encouraged. For the goodness of God to bring the unsaved to repentance.
  • Pray for us musically as we share without Mom or Ruth. May His strength be evident in our weaknesses.
  • Pray for Elizabeth and Hannah as they plan to spend Tuesday sharing one-on-one in the ladies facility.
  • Pray for Matthias and Stephen on Wednesday as they play on a volunteer sports team as a way to reach out the the inmates and have opportunities for conversations.
  • Pray for the weather as they are again forecasting the possibility of ice and snow. Here in the south it doesn't take much for everything to completely shut down.

Thank you, thank you, for joining us. We wish we could give you a glimpse of the glory of God's specific working behind those closed bars. We'll be sharing more as the week continues. Watch for daily reports and updates on our Facebook Page.

"To give light to those who sit in darkness and the shadow of death,
To guide our feet into the way of peace.”
Luke 1:79

South Carolina

A cheery hello from South Carolina! We've been enjoying a week of sharing various services here and catching up with many friends in this area. Tomorrow begins another week of prison ministry, so we've been preparing to share without Mom or Ruth. New music, family prayer time, and catching up with shopping, laundry, and cooking have summed up much of the past few days. Here is a quick glance:

A local 'bent-and-dent' is always full of great grocery deals. Time to do some shopping and stock up!

Alaythia takes her turn at the juicer. Mmmmm!

Susanna -- ever our competitive sports enthusiast -- met her match in a game of kickball this week. She's laid up with a sprained ankle, but its not slowing her down much! Here she's enjoying the SC sunshine while filling CD orders from our website.

We're grateful for this opportunity to grow and share together. Its always a challenge as our family dynamics continually change as our family grows and adapts. We covet your prayers as we'll be ministering next week with smaller numbers than usual.

"For we are His workmanship,
created in Christ Jesus for good works,
which God prepared beforehand
that we should walk in them."
Eph 2:10

We're overjoyed to announce the arrival of little Caden James Beasley. Mommy (Bethany) and baby are both doing very well. We look forward to sharing more pictures and updates soon. For now, the little family is enjoying their sweet adjustment as a family of four!

Stay tuned...

I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
Marvelous are Your works,
And that my soul knows very well.

Employment will start around the beginning of March and will continue through the end of November.  (We do sandblasting & painting through the summer months.)  Housing is available if needed.  For more information please contact me at:

Thank you!
