This year we entered a float into the annual parade. Our family really enjoys unique projects like this [as you've probably already noticed]! However, due to our church family's labors for last year's outreach, we were able to re-use many of the float pieces. Thus, assembly was a breeze!
[We like to use shingles for lettering -- cheap, rainproof, and full of sparkle!]
Stay tuned for a looooong and picture-packed post of the July 4th festivities. God worked in a mighty way and we're looking forward to sharing it all with you!
"For so the Lord has commanded us: 'I have set you as a light to the Gentiles, That you should be for salvation to the ends of the earth." Acts 13:49

By the way, I know you guys are really busy right now, but you mentioned a while back about maybe doing a sewing series with your sisters. Is that still in the works?
