The Weekend

Thank you for your prayers in regards to the "Let Freedom Sing!" ministry in Iowa last weekend. What a tremendous time!

On a personal note, our family would like to say a huge THANK YOU to our church family. We're so incredibly blessed by how they uphold us with prayer and support -- but even more than that, they are willing to roll up their sleeves and work together in ministry. [We love you all!] How beautiful is the body of Christ!

We have two performances left in July [more pending in August], so if you're in the Nebraska/Iowa region, we'd love to see you this weekend!!

And now for a few pictures of the weekend....I'm sure there will be more to come as we had many photographers capturing the moments!

"What is this Freedom?"

A Brand New Constitution?!?

"If My people who are called by My name..."

"In GOD We Trust!"

Stay tuned for more this weekend!

"Oh, magnify the LORD with me, And let us exalt His name together."
Psalm 34:3

We had such a wonderful time last Saturday...the musical was amazing! I can tell that a lot of work went into it. It was so detailed. The songs were so fitting; did you write all of them? And did you write the play as well? Or did Ruth write it?
Thank you for sharing the photos! Also, thanks for talking with us are such an encouragement to me.
I received your email newsletter, and wow! I knew that you were busy, but not THAT busy! I am praying that the Lord will give you time, creativity, and peace amidst the flurry of activity!
Thank you again for being such a blessing! And to Hannah (and the rest of your family) as well.
Love in Christ,
P.S. I hope you don't mind that I am writing a three-post blog series on your family. :) I'm sharing the story of how we met and also some photos. (I hope to get part 2 up tomorrow.) Part 3 will have more photos of the musical.

P.P.S. I know I left a very long comment, but I forgot one thing. :) I am excited to hear that you are including the song "In God We Trust" as well as "Stand for Truth" in your new CD. It is an amazing song and brought tears to my eyes. Without the Lord, our nation would be nothing. HE ALONE was the one who pulled us all together and established our founding fathers, and it is so saddening to see our government's faith in Him crumble to nearly nothing.
God bless America!

Thanks so very much for sharing the photos! Our family, as well as the two other families that came with us, had such a wonderful time spending time at the lake and then seeing the musical and meeting your family again afterwards! What a blessing it is to speak with other young ladies who are such an encouragement and example of ladies loving the Lord with their whole heart!

Blessings and thanks again for taking the time to talk with us after the concert! It was such a blessing!
P.S. I posted about our time together at my blog, if you are interested. :)

Thank you for sharing the pictures - it gives those of us who can't make it, a glimpse of the production!!

The dresses that you made are LOVELY!!! I have a tiered skirt out of the same fabric that Elizabeth's dress is made out of and love it...what pattern did you use for those?

Blessings to you all!

I love all the colorful period style dresses!
Did you sew them all? I especially like the green one. :-) Green is one of my favorite colors.

It looks like you had a good concert for the 4th!
Just stopping in to say Hi.
