Just Jammin...

Here's a quick video of Matthias and Stephen having an impromptu 'jam' at the Family Music Festival. As you can tell, Matthias has been really working on the banjo and his fingers are starting to fly!

Thanks, Michael, for the link!

Thanks for posting the video! Yes, both of you guys are really good at your instruments - it inspires me as I play mando myself.

To fit the video to the proper dimensions on your blog, you can specify the pixel width for embedding it (it's sticking out to the right). Right now, it's set at 475px wide...you probably need 400px for the width. If you need help with this, just shoot me an email (devowe.com/contact) to fix it.

Thanks again - I really enjoy your family music!

Great job, guys--that was the first I had really heard much of Matthias on the banjo and I enjoyed listening to both of you! Isn't the second song Clinch Mountain Backstep, rather than Old Joe Clark?

Wow! I hadn't heard ya'll play since seeing you preform back in early Feb of '06 and on the CD "I Am Your Shield"! That sounded really sweet! What a blessing that the Lord has gifted ya'll so much! :)

Jonathan - I would like to know what the song titles are so that I can fix them in the video. When making the video, I was just guessing at the titles. :O

Maybe someone can give some insight as to what all the song titles are... :)

Very good! You both sound wonderful! I've been playing the mandolin for around 1 year now and I love it!

Wow, I haven't been here for a long time! Sorry about that. I really like the new look, though!
And they play really, really well! I really like the sound of the banjo. W.O.W. to both!
