Seward Concert

The days have simply flown by -- busy and full as our Branson days always are. I wish I had time to sit and write out some of the testimonies God has used to greatly encourage our hearts over these weeks!

For now, here's a quick picture update with some of the Psalms that have been encouraging our hearts lately...

"Oh come, let us sing to the LORD!
Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation."

Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving;
Let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms.

For the LORD is the great God, And the great King above all gods.

In His hand are the deep places of the earth;
The heights of the hills are His also.

The sea is His, for He made it;
And His hands formed the dry land.

Oh come, let us worship and bow down;
Let us kneel before the LORD our Maker.

For He is our God, And we are the people of His pasture,
And the sheep of His hand.

Oh, sing to the LORD a new song!
Sing to the LORD, all the earth.

Sing to the LORD, bless His name;
Proclaim the good news of His salvation from day to day.

Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all peoples.

For the LORD is great and greatly to be praised; He is to be feared above all gods.

For all the gods of the peoples are idols,
But the LORD made the heavens.

Honor and majesty are before Him; Strength and beauty are in His sanctuary.

Give to the LORD, O families of the peoples,
Give to the LORD glory and strength.

Oh, worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness!
Verses from Psalms 95-96

Many thanks to Anna Rehm for her great photography!!!

Perhaps you've heard the song, "Thank you for giving to the Lord"...that is what comes to mind as we think of your family and the burden you have in sharing God's goodness. We are blessed through that vision. The Christmas cd has become a favorite in our home, each selection presented so well. "Mary Did You Know" is especially are all the messages contained in each song. Our daughter and son-in-law were recently there to see and hear you so brought home the two newest of your cds, (we have the others already) and we cherish these as well. May God continue to bless you is our prayer.

Dear Wissmann's,
What a privilege it was to see you performing in person yesterday morning! Though we couldn't stay and express that appreciation to each one of you (responsibilities on the home front) we do want you all to know we were so blessed by the message in song which you share with each one, every day you are there...a living testimony in faithful lives following the path that Jesus set before us all as he came, lived, died, and rose to live forever more that we,too, can have that bright hope of life eternal with him in Heaven. We will continue to pray for you all as you carry on your ministry. May God bless you all is our prayer.

Hi Wissmanns!
Today Sarah, my dad and I drove home from Cincinnati and listened to your two new CDs most of the way home and enjoyed them a lot... Some of my favorites songs are "What Child is This", "Charlie" and "Christ Has Come”. :)
It has been exciting to hear how the Lord has been using you all in Branson! May the Lord bless you all with a wonderful Christmas!!

Having seen you in Branson and Seward some of those shots are very memorable. I remember Andrew and that smile. See he can smile. He just forgets to when he gets busy playing. I'm listening to Joy to the World now while I read you blog.
