Our blog has been too silent of late -- and the reasons for our inconsistant posting is certainly not due to boredom or lack of news and blogging material!
We've greatly enjoyed having our whole family back together these past weeks.....and now we have so many ministry updates and family news items to share with you all. So stay tuned and bear with me as I endeavor to get this blogspot up-to-date! [smile]
Until then, we'll share with you a small portion of the 800 great pictures Bethany captured at our annual trip to the Old Thresher's Reunion in Mt. Pleasant, IA this past weekend...
Besides sharing eleven concerts in six days, we thoroughly enjoyed camping together, spending time with our grandparents, friends from home, and so many dear people that we've come to know over the past 7 years! Here's a quick peek into our week --

maybe you can introduce me to that 'famurs' family?!
love ya!
That looked like a lot of fun! I'm sure its a great blessing to have the family together.
It was great to have your family back at Old Threshers this year. You have become part of the the "tradition". OT has always been part of the starting of fall season for us - it wouldn't seem right without it.
We got to see several of your shows (or at least parts of them - trying to work around schedules.)
It was also a pleasure to get to talk to you (I'm assuming Rachel's writing) and Elizabeth for awhile Friday morning. Getting to meet people at the info booth, talk with them and maybe help them feel more welcome is a wonderful experience for us. Getting to spend a little time talking with you and Elizabeth was a special bonus. It helped make our day. Thank you.
And we also got to say hi to Hannah one evening. She is becoming a lovely young lady and a good singer. (And I'm sure quite bored standing around talking with a bunch of "old people".
Wishing you well on your fall and Christmas season.

Sorry about the duplication - I guess I pushed enter twice. Please delete one of them.

Had a great time with you guys at Old Threshers again. The days seem to go by so fast there and then it's over for another year. Looking forward to helping you guys move in down the road.
