It was a tremendous blessing to have lots of help with the bus last week -- friends from Iowa and a couple young men from church came out for a couple days. Many thanks for your hours of help, guys!!
And as I didn't do well at documenting last week's work, here is a picture post with a few highlights and a bus progress report...
All festive for a '50s' themed party.
And finally, we'd like to share a prayer request... Our good friend and carpenter-extraordinaire, Fred, fell yesterday and injured his leg. Please join us in praying for a fast and complete recovery!
Again, thank you all for your encouragement and prayers. We are deeply grateful for you --the body of Christ.
"Now thanks be to God Who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place." 2 Cor. 2:14

Love the '50s themed party!! And the body-bowling. Awesome!!!!! :D Thanks for all the pictures, loved 'em! :) I'll be praying for Fred. He'll be throwing water-balloons at you before you know it! ;)
AWWWWW! NOT FRED! That is really sad. Is he a bedfast Fred? Or is it not quite that bad?
I'm excited to hear your bus progress but that is sad about Fred. :( I just saw him driving down the road the other day and now to hear he hurt himself! I will be praying.
I seriously have to know where those scarves come from... I LOVE them!!! 'specially those pink polka-dots ;).
And it's tragical to hear of Fred's injury. I hope it's not very serious, and I will certainly be praying for him. Bless his heart...
Update --
Thanks for your prayers! Fred is up and walking -- albeit with a limp -- but walking none the less! :) Keep prayin' for it to be completely healed soon. Blessings... :D
Glad to see such amazing progress! God Bless you all!
Hey... Well be prayin!
The bus is coming along great. Praying for good, on-time progress.
By the way, Groucho Marx once said, "Time flies like an arrow, fruit flies like a banana".!! This quote always brings a smile to my face.
I know this is unrelated to your specific post, but because I believe your family will do so...please pray for Nate, Tricia, and Gwyneth Lawrenson. Tricia has cystic fibrosis and recently gave birth to Gwyneth after only 24 weeks gestation. You can visit Nate's blog at: cfhusband.blogspot.com. Perhaps you've heard of this family, perhaps not. I believe once you see Nate's blog you will fall in love with him & his girls as much as I have.
PS - the progress on the bus looks GREAT!!!
Looking great! I'll be praying for Fred and all....
What a blessing to see all the progress! And we'll be praying for dear Fred's leg. :) Looks like that bowling was mighty fun too! May God continue to prosper the work of your hands. We're praying for you all!
With love,
The Rehm's
