Sunshine -- Where art thou?

Prayer Request: Over the next three days our family will be scurrying to finish planning and preparing for our annual trip to Prairie Bible Camp in North Dakota. Last year we were blessed with around 70 youth ages 7-18 for several days of learning, playing, singing and experiencing all those wonderful camp memories.

Unfortunately, this is what Camp looked like last weekend -- with more rain in the forecast for our 'camp days' next week. Would you join us in praying for sunshine and warm temperatures?

...and most important of all that we would be sensitive to the Lord as we seek to lift these children's hearts to Him!

We are praying, and I know God will show Himself strong! Either He will give creativity with the limited outdoor activities, or He will dry it all out. Nothing is impossible with GOD!

May the Lord help us all to keep our eyes fixed on Him!

P.S. This doesn't mean one of the activities will be water vollyball, does it?! :)

"Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ..." 2 Cor. 2:14

Of course I'll be praying. Pray that God will send you some sunshine.

"Several days of learning, playing, singing and experiencing all those wonderful camp memories." Ah! Those are/were the days!!! :D And I will definitely be praying that it won't be raining during camp! It has been raining enough lately. It is starting to dry up though! Yay! I can just barely wait for Saturday!!!

My sister and I are leaving for camp this weekend, too. We will be there for two weeks.
I shall pray for sunshine!
