Tonight, in New Orleans, we shared our first outdoor service of the year -- Brr-r-r-r-r! The temps may have been chilly (I won't call it 'cold' in consideration to our northern friends), but we found the fellowship warm. [smile]

And since the guys spent several days here last year with our church group, we were glad for the opportunity to renew friendships and see the ongoing work projects. The devastation of hurricane Katrina continues to bring many opportunities for outreach in the area.

"Let all those who seek You rejoice and be glad in You;
And let those who love Your salvation say continually,
"Let God be magnified!"
Psalm 70:4

Looks like you bundled up well. Not nearly as cold as here...-2 in ILL, with windchills to 17 below. Now that is buuuuurrrrr! Home looks slightly warmer at 12 degrees. I don't know that you can tell much difference from here to there though, as cold is just COLD!! Thanks for your consideration to we Polar Bears up here!:)
